At Tacoma Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
